Production process

Ingredients: Accurately weigh the required raw materials according to the product formula, including silver powder, glass powder (or resin), organic raw materials, etc.

Mixing and stirring: Mix the qualified raw materials according to the formula ratio, use a mixer to stir, and ensure that the slurry is evenly mixed.

Grinding: Grind the mixed slurry using a three roll grinder to achieve the required fineness.

Filtration: Use a negative pressure filtration system to filter the ground material, removing materials larger than the standard requirements to ensure consistent product fineness.
