Resistive network paste

Resistance network paste is a paste with specific resistance properties formed by mixing a specific metal or metal oxide as the conductive phase with a glass phase and an organic carrier. It is mainly used for manufacturing thick film resistor networks, resistor elements in hybrid integrated circuits, as well as resistors and electrodes for special purposes.

Product Features

Printability: The slurry has good rheological properties and can be uniformly coated on the substrate using methods such as screen printing.

Stability: After curing, the formed resistance network should have good thermal and chemical stability.

Electrical resistivity: The desired range of electrical resistivity can be achieved by adjusting the formula.

Temperature coefficient: Depending on the application requirements, the slurry can be designed to have a low temperature coefficient to maintain the stability of the resistance value.

Production process

Slurry preparation: Prepare the slurry by accurately mixing conductive particles, binders, and solvents.

Printing: Using screen printing or inkjet printing technology to apply the slurry onto the substrate.

Curing: By heating or other methods to evaporate the solvent and harden the adhesive, the resistance network is fixed on the substrate.
