Advanced Academy of Science and Technology PI (polytamide, thickness can be customized) magnesium (mg, thickness of 500nm-5um) film is a commonly used surface treatment method, with multiple advantages, such as excellent chemical stability, thermal stability and heat stability, and Mechanical performance, etc. Pi magnesium -plated film can be applied in the fields of electronics, optics and material science.
1. Preparation of magnesium -plated film:
-A vacuum evaporation method: By heating magnesium materials in a vacuum environment, it evaporates and deposits on the PI base to form a thin film.
-Lorian sputtering method: The magnetic field controls the anode sputter of the magnesium target, and the magnesium atoms are deposited on the PI base to form a film.
-Clating method: Piramine is used as cathode, magnesium as anode, and plating in the electrolyte, so that magnesium is deposited on the PI base.
2. Application of magnesium -plated film:
-Optom and optoelectronics: Magnesium -plated film has a high reflectivity and can be applied to reflex mirrors, laser and solar cells.
-Electronic packaging field: Magnesium -plated film has good thermal conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance. It can be used in electronic packaging materials to improve the stability and reliability of the device.
-The biomedical field: Magnesium -plated film has biocompatibility and can be applied to the fields of implanted medical devices.
3. Performance advantages of magnesium -plated film:
-Chemical stability: Magnesium -plated film has excellent chemical stability, strong antioxidant and corrosion resistance.
-H thermal stability: Magnesium -plated film can remain stable at high temperature environments, not easy to decompose or oxidation.
-A mechanical properties: Magnesium -plated film has high hardness and strength, and good abrasion resistance.
4. Precautions for magnesium -plated film:
-Stidal thickness control: According to the specific application needs, control the thickness of the coating to avoid too large thickness or too thin, resulting in poor performance.
-O surface treatment: Before the magnesium plating film is performed, the PI base is needed to improve the adhesion and uniformity.
-A vacuum environment control: When the vacuum evaporation or magnetic sputtering method prepares a magnesium plating film, the vacuum is needed to ensure the quality of the film.
