Nano silver wire transparent conductive inkIt is a new type of conductive material prepared using nanotechnology, which can be widely used in fields such as large-area spraying and coating. Its appearance presents a gray blue dispersion, and the system is composed of water-based components with good conductivity.

Firstly, the transparent conductive ink of nano silver wire has a low square resistance of about 50 ± 5 Ω/□. This means that when applied to the surface of the target object, a reliable conductive path can be provided, allowing the current to flow smoothly without causing excessive energy loss.

In addition, the viscosity of the transparent conductive ink for nano silver wires is moderate, about 50-100 cp. s. This feature makes it easier to control during the coating process, achieving uniform coating and avoiding accumulation or excessive dilution, thereby ensuring the stability of coating quality.

Its transmittance reaches ≥ 89%, which means that even when coated on the surface of transparent materials, it can maintain high transparency and will not have a significant impact on the transparency of the material. This characteristic plays a crucial role in the preparation process of transparent conductive films using nano silver wire transparent conductive ink.

The haze of transparent conductive ink with nano silver wire is very low, only ≤ 1.6%. This means that there will be no obvious blurring or scattering on the surface after coating, which can maintain the smoothness and transparency of the material surface, thus providing a guarantee for the quality of the coated product.

Square resistance uniformity is one of the important indicators for evaluating the quality of transparent conductive ink for nano silver wires. In this product, the square resistance uniformity is controlled within the range of ≤ 10%. This means that the conductivity of the material can be effectively maintained during the coating process and in the product after coating, without significant unevenness.

The drying conditions for transparent conductive ink of nano silver wire are 150 ℃/90s. This condition enables rapid drying after coating, improving production efficiency, while also ensuring the stability and durability of the coated product.

The adhesion of this product has been tested with 3M610 tape, and the results show that the change in resistance after testing is only within 10%. This means that the transparent conductive ink of nano silver wire can form a strong bond with the substrate after coating, without any loss of conductivity due to external forces.

Finally, the transparent conductive ink of nano silver wire has a high pencil hardness, ≥ 1H. This feature enables the coated product to better resist scratches and wear, extend its service life, and improve its reliability and stability.
