Nickel based conductor paste, The conductivity of Ni conductor is worse than that of Cu, and its weldability is also poor. Mainly used as electrodes for plasma displays. Replacing Ag conductors with Ni conductors can overcome the severe sputtering phenomenon of Ag electrodes on plasma display panels, greatly extending the lifespan of plasma display panels. Due to its low cost, moderate resistance, stable TCR value, and high temperature creep resistance, nickel alloy slurry has gradually replaced silver palladium slurry and become a specialized heating slurry for electronic Yan thick film atomization cores.
