Capacitor ITO conductive membrane is a commonly used conductive membrane material, which has the characteristics of transparent, conductive, high passage, and chemical corrosion. It is mainly used in touch screens, LCD displays, electronic circuits and other fields.
1. Features ofito conductive membrane:
-Arings: ITO conductive membrane has a high transmission rate, which can reach more than 90%of the visible light transmission rate, which makes transparency very good and suitable for applications that need transparent materials.
-Arig tutor: ITO conductive membrane has a lower resistivity, which can provide good conductive performance, so that the current can flow on the membrane and meet the conductive needs of electron and optical devices.
-The chemical corrosion: ITO conductive membrane has chemical corrosion resistance to a certain extent, can maintain good performance in some special environments, and improve its service life.
2. Preparation method ofito conductive membrane:
-C magnetic control sputtering method: By adding light discharge in the vacuum room, the IN2O3 and SNO2 components on the target are released, and the membrane layer is formed on the base.
-In solution method: Diversify the ITO nanoparticles in the solvent, and paint the conductive membrane evenly on the base through the soluble gel method, spraying or impregnation method.
-The flexible base method: coat the surface of the flexible base on the ITO material, and then closely combine the membrane layer by the annealing treatment.
3. The application field ofito conductive membrane:
-To -touch screen: ITO conductive membrane, as one of the main materials of the touch screen, has the dual characteristics of conductivity and transparency, and can achieve rapid sensing and transmission of touch signals.
-Crystal display: ITO conductive membrane, as a transparent electrode layer of the LCD display, can provide good conductive performance and can adjust the liquid crystal arrangement state through external voltage.
