聚烯烃导电泡棉:在电镀前将聚烯烃泡棉均匀打孔,然后整体电镀,这样不仅表面导电,而且上下整体都导通,具有了的导电性。
由于聚烯烃泡棉本身具备非常好的弹性,耐温性能良好(200℃)。尺寸可定制,所以经金属化处理后用途***,用于尺寸公差小(+/-0.05mm),经简单模切或分条可作衬垫,I/O接口替代目前市面的导电泡棉,适用于PDA, LCD,手机,数字电视,笔记本电脑等。
由于聚烯烃导电泡棉不耐撕裂,故将聚烯烃导电泡棉与导电无纺布贴合起来整体电镀,为聚烯烃导电泡棉与NW即无纺导电布,网纱布或普通方格导电布的复合体,使用于要求耐撕裂的场合,如长度较长厚度小于1mm的衬垫。
导电海绵,厚度:0.3,0.5,0.8,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5mm,由聚酯海绵电镀,柔软,压缩比大于70%。***用于手机,笔记本电脑,液晶屏幕等要求压缩比较大的配合间隙和塑壳结合处。
The polyolefin foam material is that added flexibility and heat-resistance property into polyethylene. Also as an excellent material for FR(Flame Retardant) and molding, it is used for various applications with its superior characters such as cushion, water resistance, chemical character, etc.
TRO is electroless plated to have conductive on it. Therefore it’s cheaper and a great shielding effectiveness. TR has been produced by various requests such as a form of thin gasket, a cushion, I/O, ideal replacement of current conductive foam in application. Suitable for PDA, LCD, Cell Phone, Notebook, etc.
TRO is not strong enough to meet some special application, so laminated with non-woven, mesh or rip-stop fabric before plating to enhance tensile strength. Extra Sn-plated (black )is another choice.
特征Feature:
1. 简单加工后用作导电衬垫,I/O接口,特别适合数字电视,LCD,手机,笔记本电脑等要求装配公差严格的场合。尺寸公差可达:+/-0.1mm.
Tolerance near +/-0.1mm, good heat resistance, low in compress set, die cut it as I/O, slit it as supper thin gaskets, suitable for digital television, LCD, Cell Phone, Notebook.
2. 柔软,阻燃,耐温,密封,尺寸公差小,完全可替代市面导电泡棉。
Soft, flexible, Flame Retardant, high temperature resistance (around 200℃), seal, tight in tolerance (+/-0.1), low cost, ideal replacement of the current conductive foam.
3.在镀镍铜镍的基础上,可以进行镀镍锡合金处理,颜色为黑色,以适应特殊场合的需要.
Extra Ni-Sn alloy plated is a choice.
